Borenstein and McVeigh
is located on the Lower Level of the Greenway Building at 2836 Lyndale Avenue South, situated a block and a half north of Lake Street and adjacent to the Midtown Greenway Path. The building is configured as two separate spaces:
• First, there are two retail shops (Opening Night Framing and Evolution Salon) that are accessed from street entrances at the front of the building. These are the only two businesses that can be accessed from the street entrance for 2836 Lyndale.
• The second section of the building contains all other offices and businesses in the building including "BAM" and must be accessed via the entrance located in the parking lot. Please park in any space in this parking lot that is not specially marked by a sign.

Coming from the NORTH via the freeways, please make your way to the Lyndale exit off of I-94. (If you need specific help with directions as to how to reach this exit, please call BAM). At this intersection Lyndale and Hennepin Avenues converge, please make your way to the left lanes so that you will continue to follow Lyndale Avenue South. You will follow Lyndale past Franklin, and continue for approximately another 8 blocks south to the 2800 block of Lyndale. Some visual cues for this intersection include a specialty auto body shop on the southwest corner, and a larger church on the northeast corner. BAM is located ½ down the 2800 block on the right-hand (or west) side of the block. You may notice the Intermedia Arts building, or the Egg & I Restaurant just before the driveway for 2836 Lyndale. Take a right into the parking lot, come to the back section on the parking lot, behind the large Egg & I billboard and park. Please use the entrance in the parking lot, it is the only entrance that will lead to BAM offices.

Coming from the SOUTH via the freeways, please make your way to the 31st Street exit off of 35W North. (Again, in you need specific help with directions as to how to reach this exit, please call BAM). Go past the first stoplight one block to the second stoplight. Take a left turn onto Lake Street. Follow Lake Street 10 blocks to Lyndale Avenue. Take a right, and merge into the lefthand lane as soon as traffic will allow. Go approximately a block and a half, over the small bridge and take a left into the parking lot shared by the Greenway Building and the Egg & I Restaurant.

From the sidewalk in front of 2836 Lyndale, face the two shops. Walk to your right and around the corner into the parking lot. Walk approximately ½ of a block into the parking lot, past the large Egg & I billboard. The entrance for BAM and the Greenway building will be on your left hand side, next to a board of signs which displays the BAM (sign among others).
